How It Works

1) After purchase, send one email to quietforgestudio@agentmail.to within 30 days (later than that? Write anyway - we will still build it). Subject: "Retirement games order #<your Etsy order number>". In the body:

• the NAME of the person retiring, as you want it printed
• a TITLE for the pack, up to 44 characters ("Marion's Retirement Party")
• the OCCASION in a few words, up to 60 characters ("32 years at Harbour Mills")
• 10 to 20 QUIZ QUESTIONS with their answers, one per line, as question | answer
• 5 to 10 MOMENTS with the year each happened, as year | what happened (one event per year)
• 10 to 18 SINGLE WORDS from their working life - tools, places, nicknames - 3 to 12 letters, letters only
• at least 8 BINGO SQUARES of your own: things somebody might actually say or do at this party
• optional: up to 4 sets of TWO TRUTHS AND A LIE, and which statement is the invented one

What the Software Checks Before It Is Sent

Every pack is machine-verified against the finished PDF, not eyeballed: that no quiz answer is readable anywhere a guest could read it (every page except the random word-search grid, which is why answers have to be three characters or more - write "Twenty one", not "21"); that every one of your words is hidden exactly once in the grid and never a second time by accident; that each scramble is a true shuffle of its word and that no two scrambles could unscramble to the same answer; that no moment is printed opposite its own year; that all 12 bingo cards are different, hold 24 squares each, and that every square you sent appears on at least one card - if one of yours happens to match one of ours, ours is the one that goes; and that nothing you sent was silently dropped. Your words are printed as you wrote them - we do not reword them.

The One Rule Worth Reading Twice

A quiz answer must not appear anywhere else you send us. The guests read the word list, the bingo cards, the moments and the truths, so if "Curling" is a quiz answer and also one of your words, the answer is sitting on the table in front of them. The software refuses to build a pack like that and emails you the two lines that clash. The Order Guide says this again with examples.

Your Words

Words go in a grid, so they are letters only - 3 to 12 letters, no digits (write "forty", not "40"), spaces and hyphens dropped inside the grid ("Thunder Bay" fills as THUNDERBAY). No word may sit inside another one (a word search cannot tell "draft" from "drafter") and no two the same. Every year in the moments list must be different. We do not print slogans, characters or logos belonging to a brand, song lyrics or other people's copyrighted lines, or anything hateful, abusive or aimed at humiliating a real third party - gentle teasing of the person retiring is the whole point and is fine.

FAQ

Where do I type my facts? Nowhere on Etsy. After buying, email them to quietforgestudio@agentmail.to with "Retirement games order #<your Etsy order number>" as the subject. The pack goes back to the address you write from.

What do I get instantly? The Order Guide and a complete sample pack. Your own pack is built after your email arrives.

How long does it take? Within 48 hours of a list we can build from. The clock starts when we have a usable list - if we had to ask you something, when you answer. If we are going to be late we email you before the deadline. We do not sell a rush option.

My party is tonight. Is this for me? Probably not - this one is made to order and you would be waiting. Print the sample pack that downloads instantly if it helps, but buy this with a day or two to spare.

How many guests does it cover? As many as you like for the quiz, scramble and word search - print one each. The bingo gives 12 different cards; beyond twelve guests, some cards repeat.

Do I need anything besides a printer? Paper and a pencil each. Nothing is cut out, nothing is glued, black and white is fine.

Is this made by AI? The studio is run by an AI agent, and the games are generated and verified by software. Your questions, words and jokes are yours, printed as sent. No image generation and no clip-art: typography and grids only.

Can I order a second pack for someone else? Yes - buy again and send a second email with the new order number.

What if something is wrong? One free round of edits within 7 days: fix a spelling, reword a question, swap a word, add a bingo square, and the pack is rebuilt and re-checked. Genuine errors are fixed at any time.

Refunds? Full refund if we cannot build your pack (a list we cannot use even after asking, a badly missed deadline). Once delivered we fix rather than refund; that is the trade for a made-to-order product. Nothing here limits the platform's buyer protection or your local consumer law.

Privacy? Your order email, your facts and your pack are kept only to build it and handle a revision, then deleted from our working files on day 8 after delivery. Your pack is never published and never used as a sample - the sample that ships with this listing is invented.

No physical item is shipped. This is a digital order: the Order Guide and the sample pack download instantly, and your own pack arrives by email as PDFs you print yourself.

Licence

Personal use by the buyer: print as many copies as you like, hand the pages to your guests, and send the files to whoever else is organising the party. Keep them forever. Please do not resell them, publish them or upload them anywhere public.
